摘要

针对现有植树机自动化程度不高、结构庞大、能耗较高、价格较贵等缺点,设计了一款智能植树机.该机由人遥控可以流畅协调地实现钻坑、浇水、送苗栽种一系列动作,完成植树任务.本植树机可以在1 min内完成一棵树的栽种,具有植树时间短、效率高的优点;可以实现植树机智能化远程操纵,具有体积较小、成本较低、功能完备等特点,且可以在沙地、平原及丘陵地区作业,故其可用于城市街道绿化,公路、铁路、农田的防风林种植等;该产品采用电力驱动,具有对环境污染少的优点.

Abstract

Aiming at the shortcomings of existing tree planting machines such as low automation,huge structure,high energy consumption,and high price,an intelligent tree planting machine has been designed.The machine is remotely controlled by humans and can smoothly and harmoniously realize a series of actions such as drilling pits,watering,and sending seedlings for planting,completing the tree planting function.The tree planting machine can plant a tree in one minute,which has the advantages of short tree planting time and high efficiency;it can realize intelligent remote control of the tree planting machine,and has the characteristics of small size,low cost,complete functions;it can be used in sandy,plains and hilly areas,so it can be used for urban street greening,windbreak planting on roads,railways,farmland,etc.This product is driven by electricity and has the advantage of less environmental pollution.
