摘要

在前人研究的基础上,设计了一种低圈间阻力涡卷弹簧平衡机,并详细叙述了平衡机的零部件组成、结构和工作过程,涡卷弹簧内、外圈均开设了矩形孔用于固定卷簧以减小圈间阻力.涡卷弹簧盒为薄壁开口结构件,为验证其强度是否满足要求,搭建了涡卷弹簧盒有限元仿真模型并进行了计算,计算结果表明,涡卷弹簧盒的强度满足要求.

Abstract

Based on previous research,a scroll spring balancing machine with low inter-coil resistance is designed,and the components,structure and working process of the balancing machine are described in detail.Rectangular holes are opened in the inner and outer rings of the scroll spring to fix the coil spring to reduce the resistance between the rings.The scroll spring box is a thin-walled open structure.In order to verify whether its strength meets the requirements,a finite element simulation model of the scroll spring box was built and calculated.The results show that the strength of the scroll spring box meets the requirements.
