摘要

燃油箱作为储能装置是发电集装箱的重要组成部分之一,根据一次最长铁路运输时间的需求,确定燃油箱的容积并设计燃油箱的结构,并对燃油箱的结构强度进行计算分析.结果表明:燃油箱的外部结构满足40 ft发电集装箱内部布置设计要求,静强度和疲劳强度符合BS EN12663:2010"铁路运用—铁路车辆车体结构要求"的规定.

Abstract

As an energy storage device,fuel tank is one of the important components of power generation container.This paper mainly determines the volume of the fuel tank according to the demand of the longest railway transportation time,and then designs the structure,calculates and analyzes the structural strength of the fuel tank.The results show that the external structure of the fuel tank meets the design requirements of the internal layout of the 40ft power generation container,and the static and fatigue strength meet the requirements of BS EN12663:2010"railway application——structural requirements of railway rolling stock".
