Technology Research of New Rescue Equipment Used in Suspended Monorail Vehicle
At present,there are deficiencies in the rescue equipments used in the suspended monorail vehicles,which can not be timely,fast and autonomous to rescue the passengers in the carriage.Based on this,a new type of rescue technology and equipment is developed to to achieve timely,rapid and autonomous rescue of passengers in the carriage in emergencies.The top design indicators are determined according to the demand analysis and vehicle installation interface,then the scheme design and simulation verification are carried out and an engineering design scheme is formed.After that,the production and manufacturing of functional prototypes were carried out,and functional and performance tests were carried out on the prototypes.Finally,the design plan is improved and optimized based on the test results to form the final technical plan.
