基于氧化锆陶瓷缺陷的定位研究

氧化锆陶瓷材料具有优良的物理化学特性,由于加工过程中其可能会出现微小缺陷,所以对其进行缺陷检测很有必要.针对氧化锆陶瓷薄板的缺陷定位,讨论了以下两种方法:一种是利用实验过程中随着探头距缺陷距离的不同其非线性系数不同对其进行定位;另一种是基于超声波在材料中的传播速度,计算其激励信号和接收信号的时间,从而对其进行定位.研究结果表明,这两种定位算法均能够很好地确定缺陷的位置.
Study on Defect Location Based on Zirconia Ceramics
Zirconia ceramic materials have excellent physical and chemical effects,because of the small defects may occur in the process of processing,so it is necessary to carry out defect detection.In this paper,two locating methods are discussed for the defect location of zirconia ceramic sheet.One is to locate the defect with the difference of the probe distance and its nonlinear coefficient during the experiment.Another positioning method is to locate the ultrasonic wave through the propagation speed in the material,calculate its excitation signal and the time of receiving the signal,so as to locate it.The results show that both of these algorithms can determine the location of defects well.
