Design and Application of On-Line Monitoring Device for Oil Medium in Industrial System
The requirements of various power systems in industrial field for motion servo characteristics and system energy consumption are increasing.The transmission medium with high cleanliness level is needed in the hydraulic power system for the efficient operation of the whole system.In order to adapt to the field operation conditions of heavy industry and monitor the impurity level of liquid in the hydraulic power system more conveniently and quickly,so as to reduce the wear of impurities in the medium on the key components and driving components of the system and improve the reliable efficiency and overall service life of the system,an embedded mechanical and electronic device for monitoring the content of liquid impurities in oil containers and power medium pipelines in hydraulic system is designed.Through the optimization design of the structure of the on-line monitoring device and the internal embedded system,as well as the overall optimization and test of hardware and software,it can realize the rapid real-time monitoring and early warning of the content of liquid harmful impurities in the heavy industry field environment,so as to provide guarantee for the normal operation of the power system and the timely update and maintenance of the impurity filtering equipment in the hydraulic system,the design of on-line monitoring equipment puts forward a convenient and efficient reference scheme for the traditional on-line monitoring mode in industrial field.
