摘要

炼化三泥一直以来都是困扰炼化企业的主要污染物之一,出厂前进行减量化处理是其必要环节,而国内现有减量化处理装备普遍存在自动化程度不高、安全可靠性较差、产品合格率较低、危害职业卫生安全等问题.针对以上问题,以炼化三泥减量化处理技术为依托,以提高安全稳定性为目的,应用 SIMATIC S7-1500 系列PLC设计了一套炼化三泥减量化处理设备控制系统,重点介绍了该控制系统的控制策略,以及硬件及软件选型设计、控制程序设计、人机界面设计等.该系统可满足实际生产需求,实现了控制目标.

Abstract

Refining and chemical sludge has always been one of the main pollutants plaguing refining and chemical enterprises,and the reduction treatment before leaving the factory is a necessary link,and the existing domestic reduction equipment generally has a low degree of automation,poor safety and reliability,low product pass rate,endangering occupational health and safety.Based on the reduction technology of refining and chemical sludge and aiming at improving safety and stability,this paper designs a control system of refining and chemical sludge reduction technology by using SIMATIC S7-1500 series PLC controller.The control system includes control strategy,hardware and software selection design,control program design,man-machine interface design,etc.The system can meet actual production needs and achieve control goals.
