基于新能源电动车电池组盘机程控问题研究

在新能源电动车电池需求与日俱增的情况下,电池组盘机应运而生.该设备代替了传统人工方式,实现了大批量电池的快速自动组装、在线监测及生产记录归纳上报.首先介绍了电池组盘机的应用背景及工作流程,然后设计了该设备的硬件组成及软件结构,最后通过解决设备调试过程中出现的程序问题使得系统更加稳定,效率得以提升.目前,该设备组盘速度可以达到 120 块/min.
Research on Program-Control of Battery Tray Assembly Machine for New Energy Electric Vehicles
With the increasing demand for batteries in new energy electric vehicles,the battery tray assembly machine came into being.This equipment replaces traditional manual methods and realizes rapid automatic assembly,online monitoring and production record summary and reporting of large batches of batteries.This paper first introduces the application background and working principle of the battery tray assembly machine,and then designed the hardware composition and software structure of the device,and finally by solving the procedural problems in the debugging process of the device to make the system more stable,efficiency can be improved.At present,the equipment can group battery at a speed of 120 blocks/min.
