摘要

对于结构较为复杂的零件,手工编制对应数控程序不仅计算繁琐,还很容易出现错误,影响实际加工操作,甚至造成安全事故.利用 UG10.0 软件 CAM部分对可乐瓶底座模芯零件进行编程,包括刀具的选用、工序的选择、策略参数设置及刀路仿真,通过后处理生成零件的加工程序.该方法大大降低了编程难度,提高了编程效率及加工的安全性.

Abstract

For the structure of more complex parts,manual preparation of the corresponding numerical control program,not only tedious calculation,also easy to error,affect the practice processing operation,and even cause safety accidents,based on this,this paper using UG10.0 software CAM part of coke flat parts programming,including tool selection,process selection,strategy parameter setting and knife path simulation,through post-processing,generate parts program.Greatly reduce the programming difficulty,improve the programming efficiency,improve the safety of processing.
