Significance of hs-CRP,D-D and Hcy levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction and their cor-relation with prognosis
Objective:To investigate the significance of the expression of ultrasensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),D-dimer(D-D)and homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and their correlation with prognosis. Methods:All 150 cases each of healthy people and ACI patients admitted to hospital for physical exami-nation from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the control group and observation group.According to the severity of the disease, the 150 ACI patients were classified into 32,64,and 54 cases in the severe, moderate, and mild groups, and into 51,70,and 29 cases in the small, medium, and large infarct groups according to the infarct area,as well as into 96 and 54 cases in the good and bad prognosis groups according to the prognosis. The hs-CRP,D-D,and Hcy levels of ACI patients in the observation group, control group, different disease severity, different infarct size, and differ-ent prognosis were compared, and ROC analyses were performed to assess the clinical value of hs-CRP,D-D,and Hcy levels in evaluating the prognosis of ACI patients. Results:Compared with the control group,hs-CRP,D-D,and Hcy levels were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The level of hs-CRP,Hcy,and D-D were higher in the severe group, large infarction group, and poor prognosis group than those in the moderate and mild group, and the medi-um and small infarction group and poor prognosis group,respectively(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC value of hs-CRP,D-D and Hcy levels was the highest, which was 0.940,and the sensitivity and specificity were 85.19%and 92.71%respectively.Conclusion:Compared with the normal population,ACI patients had higher hs-CRP,D-D and Hcy levels, and the more severe the ACI disease, the higher the hs-CRP,D-D and Hcy levels. The combined detection of hs-CRP,D-D,Hcy has high diagnostic efficiency in evaluating the prognosis of ACI patients.
