Retrospective comparative analysis of the effects of bipolar plasma electrosection under hysteroscopy and curettage under hysteroscopy on the recurrence rate and perioperative indicators in patients with endometrial polyps
Objective:To compare and analyze the effects of bipolar plasma electrosection under hysteroscopy and curettage under hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods:A total of 103 cases with endometrial polyps admitted to Xingyang People's Hospital from May 2021 to January 2024 by a retrospective study. All patients underwent surgery and were divided into two groups according to different surgical schemes. The control group(51 ca-ses)underwent hysteroscopic curettage, and the study group(52 cases)underwent hysteroscopic bipolar plasmakinetic resection. The basic indicators, endometrial thickness, menstrual volume, inflammatory response, complications and re-currence of the two groups were statistically compared. Results:Compared with the study group, the control group had a longer menstrual recovery time, hospitalization time, operation time, and intraoperative blood loss(P<0.05).Three months after surgery, compared with the study group, the control group had more menstrual flow and thicker endome-trial thickness, and the improvement was lower(P<0.05).Three months after surgery, compared with the study group, the control group had higher levels of neutrophils, white blood cell counts, and high-sensitivity C-reactive pro-tein,with a higher increase(P<0.05).The complication rate and recurrence rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with hysteroscopy curettage, hysteroscopy bipolar plasma kinetic resection can significantly improve the surgical effect, improve endometrial thickness and menstrual flow, inhibit inflammatory reactions, reduce complications, and reduce recurrence rate in the treatment of endometrial polyps.
