Clinical study on multidimensional intervention based on nursing outcome classification system to re-duce pressure injury in patients undergoing long-term lateral spinal surgery
Objective:To observe the effect of multidimensional intervention based on nursing outcome classification(NOC)system on reducing pressure injury in patients undergoing long-term lateral spinal surgery. Methods:All 140 patients who underwent long-term lateral spinal surgery in hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were select-ed as the study subjects. They were evenly divided into a control group and an observation group. The grouping method used envelope method, with the control group receiving routine care and the observation group receiving multi-dimen-sional intervention based on the NOC system on the basis of routine care. The pressure injury situation, pressure injury staging, pain, and comfort of the two groups were compared. Results:The incidence of injury in the observation group and the area of injury were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the number of injury sites was signif-icantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the staging of pressure in-jury between the two groups, and the observation group was the best(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 6 hours,12 hours,1 day,and 2 days after surgery, and the comfort level was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-di-mensional intervention of NOC system is effective in patients with long-term lateral spinal surgery, which can reduce the risk of stress injury, relieve postoperative pain, and provide patients with better intraoperative comfort.
