Research on the hot topics of orthopedic daytime surgery in China based on co word analysis
Objective:Conduct a quantitative visualization study on published literature in the field of orthopedic day surgery in China,and explore its hot research topics and directions in depth.Methods:Mainly based on the Wanfang Da-ta Knowledge Service Platform and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),we comprehensively use infor-mation econometric methods to conduct routine analysis from the perspectives of publication volume,authors,research institutions,etc.We use co-occurrence analysis to construct a high-frequency keyword co-occurrence network for data mining.Results:From the analysis results,it can be seen that the number of orthopedic day surgery publications hasshown an upward trend from 2011 to 2024.Out of 166 articles,there are 660 authors involved,with an average of 0.25 articles per person.Among them,the most prolific author has 8 articles,and there are a total of 16 core authors.Sichuan University West China Hospital ranks first in terms of publication volume among 192 research institutions;35 keywords with a word frequency greater than or equal to 3 were identified as high-frequency keywords.Through cen-trality analysis,it was found that keywords such as daytime surgery,meniscus,total knee replacement surgery,and sleep quality were research hotspots,while pain control,spinal tuberculosis,and Chinese medicine external application therapy were relatively peripheral research topics.Based on centrality differences,high-frequency keywords were divided into core,middle,and edge regions.According to the analysis of condensed subgroups,there are currently four research di-rections in orthopedic day surgery in China:lumbar disc herniation,knee and hip replacement,assessment of patient psy-chological status and sleep quality,and safety management of postoperative complications.Conclusion:In recent years,research on orthopedic day surgery in China has shown an upward trend,but the overall number of publications is rela-tively low.The researchers are relatively scattered,and the domestic research force needs to be mature.There are some weak points in the research content of cutting-edge analysis,and it is necessary to strengthen the breadth and depth of the research.
