Risk Assessment of Floor Water Inrush of No.15 Coal Seam in Gaohe Mine Based on GIS and Analytic Hierarchy Process
In response to the safety problem of the floor water inrush in the development process of the Gaoha Mine,we studied the geological and hydrogeological conditions and the floor water inrush rules in the coal seam, determined eight factors(the thickness of water-blocking layer, the consumption of flushing fluid, the unit water influx, the permeability coefficient, the core recovery rate, the distribution of faults, the fault scale index, and the distribution of col-lapse columns),and normalized the factors. Then,we used ArcGIS software to establish the cor-responding thematic map and the hierarchical analysis process(AHP)to determine the influence weights of the factors on the floor water inrush. The data were normalized and then superimposed by the weights to finally obtain the zoning map for the vulnerability evaluation of water inrush in the whole minefield. The study showed that the areas with the strongest risk of water inrush were concentrated in the northern part of the mining area and parts of the central and southern parts of the mining area;the areas with the stronger risk of water inrush were distributed in parts of the southern part and parts of the central and northern parts of the mine;the risk in other are-as was relatively weak. The evaluation results were significant in guiding the safe production of coal mines.
