3D Seismic Fine Interpretation Based on Ant Tracking Technique:Tubaoshan Ground Subsidence in Liyang City as an Example
Ground subsidence is a common geological hazard in underground mining goaf.In practice,3D seismic exploration can be used to investigate the geology of the subsidence areas. It is difficult to ensure the interpretation validity of Quaternary thin strata, old pit backfill bounda-ries,goaf,and underground roadways in the study area with conventional methods, due to weak reflected wave energy and low resolution.Ant tracking technique was adopted in the 3D seismic fine interpretation, using ant body to enhance the anomaly boundary features and improve the identification of lateral discontinuous geological bodies.Comprehensive analysis of the ant body profile and along-layer slices identified the bottom boundary of the old pit in the subsidence area, the boundary range of the goaf, and part of roadways. This technique increased the vertical and horizontal resolution of geological targets, improved the precision of seismic interpretation, and better solved the problems of weak reflected wave energy and limited resolution of Quaternary thin strata and backfill;it also identified some roadways, which provided a reference for the inter-pretation and identification of underground roadways in the future.
