针对煤矿生活污水水量分布不均、水质时空分布不均的特征及煤矿生产特色,探索相应的污水处置方式.经研究,提出了采用"机械格栅+沉砂池+调节池+(A2O工艺)+MBR+中水池"的工艺路线;同时,采用土工构筑物和成套设备组合布置,预处理采用土工构筑物,生化处理段采用成套一体化设备.该方法布置灵活、检修便利,解决了煤矿生活污水处理的难题.同时该工艺技术具备出水水质好、成本低、施工速度快的优点,具有很高的适应性与灵活性,在煤矿生活污水处理方面具有很大优势.
Case Study on Coal Mine Domestic Sewage Treatment Technology
This paper explores the corresponding sewage treatment methods according to the characteristics of uneven distribution of quantity and uneven spatial and temporal distribution of quality of coal mine domestic wastewater as well as coal mine production.The research proposed the technical route of"mechanical grid+grit chamber+regulating pond+(A2O process)+MBR+recycled water pool".Meanwhile,the combination of geotechnical structures and com-plete equipment was adopted(geotechnical structures in the pre-treatment and complete integrat-ed equipment in the biochemical treatment).This method was flexible in arrangement and was convenient in maintenance,which could solve the problem of coal mine domestic wastewater treatment.In addition,the process technology had great advantages in coal mine domestic wastewater treatment,including good water quality,low cost,fast construction,and high adapt-ability and flexibility.
