煤矿深部采空区大断面硐室围岩控制技术研究

针对排水系统硐室需在采空区下方开挖的问题,以晋圣永安宏泰煤业2301上工作面开采布置及开挖系统、水文地质、实际涌水量等生产地质条件为研究背景,研究得到在2301上采空区底板大范围卸压区内布置硐室可有效改善硐室围岩基本应力环境.分析了消除或减弱深部高应力及岩体流变特性对围岩持续大变形的影响,并针对采空区下大断面硐室围岩控制难题,提出了采用强力锚杆(索)支护、厚壁钢筋混凝土墙浇筑、墙后全断面调压注浆的综合控制技术.研究结果表明,该技术实现了深采空区下大断面硐室支护后不翻修的长期有效控制,丰富了深部巷道围岩控制理论与技术.
Surrounding Rock Control Technology of Large Section Chambers in Deep Goaf of Coal Mines
Aiming at the problem that the drainage system chamber needs to be excavated un-der the goaf,this paper takes some production geological conditions of No.2301(upper)working face including the mining layout and excavation system,hydrogeology,and actual water inflow of Jinsheng Yong'an Hongtai Coal Industry as the research background.The arrangement of cham-bers in the large-scale pressure relief area on the floor of the goaf can effectively improve the basic stress environment of the surrounding rock in the chambers.On the analysis of the influence of eliminating or weakening the deep high stress and the rheological properties of rock mass on the continuous large deformation of the surrounding rock and the control problem of the surrounding rock in the large-section chamber under the goaf,we proposed a comprehensive control technolo-gy of strong anchor(cable)support,thick-walled reinforced concrete wall pouring,and full-sec-tion pressure-regulating grouting behind the wall.The results show that the technology realizes the long-term effective control of large section chambers under deep goaf without renovation after support and enriches the theory and technology of surrounding rock control in the deep roadway.
