针对双马一矿I0104303工作面辅助运输巷围岩破坏情况,通过FLAC3D数值模拟软件,分析工作面地应力分布、开挖垂直应力和塑性区扩展形态,再结合现场实际情况,设计出3种巷道支护方案,最后将不同方案进行预应力分析比较,得出最终支护方案.通过分析现场监测数据,认为该支护方案能有效控制顶板和两帮变形,提高巷道掘进效率,为同类型地质条件下辅助运输巷的围岩控制提供了 一定的思路与比较.
Study on Support Parameters of Auxiliary Transportation Roadway of I0104303 Working Face in Shuangma No.1 Mine
Aiming at the damage situation of the surrounding rock of auxiliary transport road-way in the I0104303 working face of Shuangma No.1 Mine,through the numerical simulation software of FLAC3D,we analyzed the distribution of the ground stress in the working face,the vertical stress in the excavation,and the expansion pattern of the plastic zone;combined with the actual situation in the field,we designed three support schemes for the roadway;finally,we com-pared the pre-stress analysis of the different schemes and came up with the final one.The analy-sis on the field monitoring data shows that the support scheme can effectively control the deform-ation of the roof and the two gangs,improve tunneling efficiency,and provide ideas and compari-sons for the surrounding rock control of the auxiliary transportation roadways under the same ge-ological conditions.
