Gas Emission Prediction in Coal Mines Based on Response Surface Method
To realize the efficient and stable prediction of the gas emission of working faces, and to refine and simplify the modeling process, this paper studies the interaction among influen-cing factors.Combining the response surface method with stepwise regression analysis,we pro-posed an optimized gas emission prediction model and then applied it in Mabao Mine. The results show that the stepwise regression analysis can effectively eliminate the non-significant factors on the gas emission.Combining with Box-Behnken in the Design Expert system,a coded quadratic optimization model on the response surface between the gas emission and significant factors was established by taking the gas emission as the response value. After investigation, the maximum absolute value of the relative error of the model prediction results is 1.06%and the mean value is 0.63%,showing a good prediction effect of the model, which could be a reference for gas emis-sion prediction in coal mines.
