基于响应面法的煤矿瓦斯涌出量预测研究

为了高效稳定的预测工作面瓦斯涌出量,细化并简化建模过程,研究了影响因素间的交互作用,将响应面设计方法与逐步回归分析相结合,提出了优化的瓦斯涌出量预测模型,并在马堡煤矿进行了应用.结果表明:利用逐步回归分析可有效剔除对瓦斯涌出量影响不显著的因素;结合 Design Expert系统中的Box-Behnken,以瓦斯涌出量为响应值建立了瓦斯涌出量与各显著因素之间的编码值响应面二次方优化模型,经检验,模型预测结果的相对误差绝对值的最大值为1.06%,平均值为0.63%.模型预测效果良好,可为煤矿瓦斯涌出量预测工作提供一定的参考.
Gas Emission Prediction in Coal Mines Based on Response Surface Method
To realize the efficient and stable prediction of the gas emission of working faces,and to refine and simplify the modeling process,this paper studies the interaction among influen-cing factors.Combining the response surface method with stepwise regression analysis,we pro-posed an optimized gas emission prediction model and then applied it in Mabao Mine.The results show that the stepwise regression analysis can effectively eliminate the non-significant factors on the gas emission.Combining with Box-Behnken in the Design Expert system,a coded quadratic optimization model on the response surface between the gas emission and significant factors was established by taking the gas emission as the response value.After investigation,the maximum absolute value of the relative error of the model prediction results is 1.06%and the mean value is 0.63%,showing a good prediction effect of the model,which could be a reference for gas emis-sion prediction in coal mines.
