王坪煤业高抽巷瓦斯抽采参数优化与应用研究

针对朔煤王坪煤业生产强度较大,易导致回采期间工作面瓦斯涌出量增加的问题,根据现场实测数据,对瓦斯涌出量进行预测,研究了回采推进时覆岩裂隙发育对瓦斯涌出的影响,分析了高抽巷布设对瓦斯体积分数的影响,并进行数值模拟;提出了高抽巷抽采治理技术.研究结果表明:高抽巷布设垂距和平距都为20 m 时为最优方案,高抽巷瓦斯涌出量指标在40~70 m3/min之间,现场实际涌出量为55.72 m3/min,抽采率为76.2%,满足抽采率大于50%的需求,可保证工作面安全生产.
Optimization and Application of Gas Drainage Parameters in High Pumping Roadways of Wangping Coal Industry
Aiming at the problem of increasing gas emission in the working face during mining due to the high production intensity of Wangping Coal Industry,this paper predicts the gas emis-sion based on on-site measured data and studies the influence of the fracture development of over-burden rock on gas emission during mining advance.We analyzed the impact of high pumping roadway layout on gas volume fraction,conducted numerical simulations,and thereby proposed the drainage control technology for high pumping roadways.The results show that the scheme is optimal when the vertical distance and horizontal distance of the high pumping roadways are both 20 m,the gas emission volume index in the high extraction roadway is between 40 and 70 m3/min,the actual gas emission is 55.72 m3/min,and the extraction rate is 76.2%,which meets the demand of the extraction rate greater than 50%and ensures safe production on the working face.
