不同酸碱度下表面活性剂对煤尘润湿性影响研究

煤矿井下煤尘润湿性受多种因素影响,为探究不同酸碱度下表面活性剂溶液对煤尘润湿性能的影响,使用低阶煤作为研究对象,将不同质量分数的盐酸(HC1)和氢氧化钠(NaOH)加入到阴离子、阳离子和非离子型表面活性剂溶液中,通过测量和分析溶液的表面张力、溶液与煤样的接触角以及计算不同条件下处理的煤样的表面能,考察溶液对煤尘润湿性的影响.结果表明:在不同酸碱度下,三种表面活性剂溶液对煤的润湿性均有不同程度的影响.其中酸性条件可以明显改善阴离子和非离子型表面活性剂溶液的润湿性能,碱性条件下的阳离子型表面活性剂溶液润湿性能有轻微变化.
Effect of Surfactants on the Wettability of Coal Dust at Different pH Levels
The wettability of coal dust in coal mines is affected by many factors.To explore the effect of surfactant solutions on the wettability of coal dust at different pH levels,this study used low-rank coal as the research object and added different mass fractions of hydrochloric acid(HC1)and sodium hydroxide(NaOH)to the anionic,cationic,and nonionic surfactant solutions.By measuring the surface tension of the solution,the contact angle between the solution and the coal samples,and calculating the surface energy of the coal samples treated under different condi-tions,the effect of the solution on the wettability was investigated.The results show that under different pH levels,the three surfactant solutions show different effects on the wettability.Among them,acidic conditions can improve the wettability of anionic and nonionic surfactant so-lutions,while the wettability of cationic surfactant solutions under alkaline conditions shows a slight change.
