摘要

双重预防机制契合我国新时代煤矿安全监管监察的需要,是安全理论与国内安全生产实践结合的创新.通过利用物联网、大数据、云计算与移动互联等技术,构建煤矿双重预防机制管理系统,实现煤矿企业内部各系统之间互联互通、动态数据采集分析和风险预测预警,为日常安全生产调度、安全管理决策、应急与消防演练和救援等工作提供数据支持和技术解决手段.

Abstract

The dual prevention mechanism aligns with the requirements of coal mine safety su-pervision and inspection in China's new era,representing an innovative integration of safety theo-ry and domestic safety production practices.This study proposes the construction of a coal mine dual prevention mechanism management system by leveraging technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,and mobile Internet to achieve interconnectivity between va-rious systems within coal mining enterprises,dynamic data collection and analysis,as well as risk prediction and early warning.This integrated approach provides data support and technical solu-tions for daily safety production scheduling,safety management decision-making,emergency and fire drills,and rescue operations.
