基于灌注法的矿井水治理措施研究——以四川老鹰岩井为例

矿井水处理和排放已成为制约煤炭企业综合效益和地方经济发展的重要因素,利用深井灌注方式可处理特定条件的矿井涌水.本文以四川老鹰岩煤矿矿井水治理实际情况为例,研究开展深井灌注的储水空间地质条件、技术可行性、压力灌注试验分析等.研究表明,深部具有溶蚀空间的碳酸盐岩地层或孔渗较好的碎屑岩地层可以作为储水目标层;基于西南地区煤矿区(井)实际,可以运用机械岩心钻机实施成井工程;采用超小井眼实施压裂改造方法可以创造人造储液空间.
Mine Water Control Measures based on Injection Method:Taking Laoyingyan Well in Sichuan Province as an Example
Mine water treatment and discharge have become important factors restricting the comprehensive benefits of coal enterprises and local economic development.Deep well injection presents a potential solution for treating mine water inrush under specific conditions.This study examines the geological conditions,technical feasibility,and pressure injection test of water stor-age space for deep well injection,taking the mine water treatment in Laoyingyan Mine in Sichuan as an example.Results show that deep carbonate rock formation with dissolution space or clastic rock formation with good porosity and permeability can serve as target layer for water storage.Based on the actual situations of coal mine areas(wells)in southwestern China,mechanical core drill can be employed to implement well construction;and the hydraulic fracturing method using ultrasmall borehole can create artificial storage space.
