Study on Control Effect of Five Chemicals on Underground Pests in Sweet Potato
In order to screen out insecticides suitable for controlling underground pests,sweet potato Pushu 32 was used as the test material to study the control effects of five insecticides on underground pests in severely affect-ed plots in Zhengzhou and Luoyang,Henan.The results showed that 0.5％thiabendazole(particle)90 kg/hm2 and Metarhizium anisopliae 200 million/g(particle)90 kg/hm2 had good control effect,the highest control effect was 82.77％and 79.48％,the highest commercial rate was 92.51％and 91.06％,and the average yield in-creased by 10.49％and 9.57％,respectively,compared with the control.Thiamethasone and Metarhizium aniso-pliae,representing chemical and biological agents respectively,performed better in the control of underground pests in sweet potato.
