Survey and Green Control of Apple Root Rot Disease
Root rot is a destructive diseases affecting apple trees. At present,it is mainly controlled by a com-bination of chemical agents, which leads to the pollution of soil and water sources and a reduction in disease resist-ance of apple trees. The aim of this study was to explore a new way for biologically controlling apple root rot by u-sing biological control agents such as Trichoderma harzianum in lieu o traditional chemical agents. The results showed that when applying a dosage of 200 million/g Trichoderma Harzianum+35 billion/g bacillus amylolique-faciens+500 million/g Bacillus subtilis+52%potassium fulvic acid+35 g/L poly-glutamic acid, through two rounds of root irrigation treatment, there was a rapid inhibition and elimination of harmful soil bacteria. This signif-icantly reduced the impact of root rot and led to improved apple tree vigor, yield, quality, and overall orchard ben-efits.
