为选育高油高产强优势适宜机械化栽培的杂交油菜,为生产提供优良油菜品种及创新强优品种的推广模式,通过多年多点试验和定向选择,以化学杀雄不育系"H04A"为母本,综合抗性较好的优质种质资源"DC2R"为父本,育成了适宜机械化收获的强优势甘蓝型双低杂交油菜新品种秦优 1618。该品种在国家黄淮区域试验中平均产量3 468。75 kg/hm2,比对照秦优7 号增产 8。5%,含油量 46。76%;长江下游区域试验中平均产量2 854。05 kg/hm2,比对照秦优10 号增产10。67%,含油量 49。68%;在大田生产中表现出发育快长势强、耐迟播、耐密植、抗病性好、株高适中(160 cm)、抗倒性强、适合机械化收获的特点。秦优1618 适宜在黄淮和长江下游区冬播种植。
Breeding of a New Rape Variety'Qinyou 1618'Suitable for Mechanical Harvesting
To select and breed hybrid rapeseed with high oil,high yield and strong advantages suitable for mechanical cultivation,the aim is to provide excellent rapeseed varieties and innovative strong and excellent vari-eties for production.Through many years of multi-point experiments and directional selection,using the male sterile line"H04A"as the maternal parent and the high quality germplasm resource"DC2R"with good compre-hensive resistance as the paternal parent,a mechanically harvestable,strong dominant brassica napus double low hybrid rapeseed new variety'Qinyou 1618'has been bred.The average yield of this variety was 3 468.75 kg/hm2,which was 8.5%higher than that of'Qinyou 7',and the oil content was 46.76%.The average yield in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River was 2 854.05 kg/hm2,which was 10.67%higher than that of'Qinyou 10',and the oil content was 49.68%.It exhibited rapid growth,resilience to late sowing,tolerance to dense planting,strong disease resistance,and moderate plant height(160 cm).With lodging resistance and ideal for mechanical harvesting,'Qinyou 1618'is suitable for winter-sowing and cultivation in the Huanghuai area and low-er reaches of the Yangtze River.
