摘要

通过研究喷施锌肥对汉中市水稻产量及稻米品质的影响,旨在筛选适宜于汉中水稻的锌肥用量,从而为提高水稻产量及稻米品质提供科学依据.本研究以汉中市主栽水稻品种之一宜香优2115 为研究对象,共设置6 个处理,分别为Zn0(不施锌肥)、Zn1(锌肥施用量0.3 kg/667 m2)、Zn2(锌肥施用量 0.6 kg/667 m2)、Zn3(锌肥施用量 0.9 kg/667 m2)、Zn4(锌肥施用量1.2 kg/667 m2)、Zn5(锌肥施用量1.5 kg/667 m2),测定水稻喷施锌肥后的产量、构成因素和水稻品质.各处理间产量结果表明Zn5>Zn4>Zn3>Zn2>Zn1>Zn0.其中,施锌肥Zn5 试验小区水稻单产最高,为10 018.5 kg/hm2,较Zn0 增产1 947.0 kg/hm2;较Zn0 相比,施用锌肥的各处理能显著提高水稻成熟期的有效穗和穗粒数,并且有效穗和穗粒数会随着施入锌肥的量增大而不断增加,并且处理Zn5 的水稻有效穗和穗粒数均为各处理中最大.喷施锌肥能够提高米糠、糙米和精米中的锌含量,主要表现为米糠>糙米>精米,处理Zn3 是最佳浓度处理.

Abstract

Through investigating the effects of zinc fertilization on both rice yield and quality in Hanzhong,the objective is to determine the optimal dosage of zinc fertilizer suitable for rice cultivation in the region.This study aims to lay a solid scientific foundation for enhancing both the yield and quality of rice crops.In this stud-y,'Yixiangyou 2115',one of the main rice varieties in Hanzhong region,was selected as the research object,six treatments were set:Zn0(no zinc fertilizer),Zn1(0.3 kg/667m2 of zinc fertilizer),Zn2(0.6 kg/667m2 of zinc fertilizer),Zn3(0.9 kg/667m2 of zinc fertilizer),Zn4(1.2 kg/667m2 of zinc fertilizer),and Zn5(1.5 kg/667m2 of zinc fertilizer).The effects of zinc fertilization on rice yield were explored.The yield analysis showed a ranking of Zn5>Zn4>Zn3>Zn2>Zn1>Zn0.Among these treatments,the highest rice yield was recorded in the Zn5 group,reaching 10 018.5 kg/hm2,which was 1 947.0 kg/hm2 higher than that of Zn0.Compared with Zn0,all treatments significantly increased the number of effective panicles and ears at the ripe-ning stage,with a positive correlation observed between zinc fertilizer application and panicle and ear production.The Zn5 treatment exhibited the highest number of effective ears and ear grains among the treatments.Spraying zinc fertilizer can increase the zinc content in rice bran,brown rice and polished rice,mainly manifested as rice bran>brown rice>polished rice,and Zn3 treatment is the best concentration treatment.
