病虫害绿色防控药剂对免套袋苹果栽培效果的影响

苹果病虫害绿色防控是苹果免套袋栽培的一个重要技术环节,也是苹果收益的重要保障,但在实际生产中却存在诸多不足之处,而且应用的面积也很少。为了提升免套袋苹果病虫害绿色防控技术的应用效果,以 20%华碘抗胁迫生态膜、5%香芹酚和 0。5%几丁聚糖三种药剂为试材进行免套袋苹果病虫害绿色防控试验。通过免套袋苹果喷施七次病虫害绿色防控药剂及常规化学防治药剂,对比了病虫害不同防控方法对叶片生长、苹果果面色度、单果重、果实品质、病虫害危害率及农药残留的影响,研究了免套袋苹果病虫害绿色防控技术和效果。结果表明,处理1 和处理2 均对病虫害危害率的影响显著,病叶率分别降低26。09%和31。03%,虫叶率分别降低76。74%和51。61%;均不影响苹果果面色度,也均对苹果果形指数、果实硬度均无显著影响。处理 1 对苹果单果重、可溶性固形物含量的影响均极显著,分别高出61。430 g和1。875%,但对叶片生长的影响不显著;相反,处理2 对叶片生长的影响显著,百叶厚、百叶鲜重、百叶干重分别高出10。88 mm、16。44 g和6。80 g,但对苹果单果重、可溶性固形物含量的影响均不显著,对红富士苹果实现农药无残留。本试验可以减少化学农药使用五次、减少使用量 40。34%。20%华碘抗胁迫生态膜、5%香芹酚和0。5%几丁聚糖三种药剂"三合一"作为免套袋苹果病虫害绿色防控技术,是实现绿色果品生产的有效途径,有很好的应用前景。免套袋苹果病虫害绿色防控可以使苹果免套袋栽培进一步达到生态环保、产品绿色安全的效果。之后会进一步试验研究免套袋苹果病虫害绿色防控技术,同时加大示范面积,争取大面积在免套袋苹果生产上推广应用。
Green prevention and control of apple diseases and pests is crucial in non-bagged apple cultiva-tion,and is a key factor for ensuring apple revenue.However,there are several shortcomings in actual produc-tion,and the application of green prevention and control methods remains limited.To enhance the effectiveness of green preventation and control of deseases and pests in non-bagged cultivation,three agents(20%Hua iodine anti-adversity ecology membrane,5%carvacrol and 0.5%chitosan)were selected as test materials.A green preventation and control experiment was conducted using these agents on non-bagged apple trees.By spraying these agents seven times for diseases and pests green preventation and control,along with conventional chemical control agents,the effects of different diseases and pests methods on leaf growth,apple fruit surface chroma,sin-gle fruit weight,fruit quality,pest infestation rate,and pesticide residue were compared.The green prevention and control technologies and effects of non-bagged apple diseases and pests were investigated.The results showed that both treatment 1 and treatment 2 significantly reduced the harm rate of diseases and pests,with the diseased leaf rate of 26.09%and 31.03%,respectively,and the decreased insect leaf rates of 76.74%and 51.61%,respectively;Neither treatment affected the coloration of apple fruit surface,nor did they have all any sig-nificant effect on apple fruit shape index and fruit firmness.Treatment 1 had extremely significant effect on the single fruit weight and soluble solid content of apples,which were 61.430 g and 1.875%higher,respectively,but did not have significant effect on leaf growth;On the contrary,treatment 2 significantly promoted leaf growth,increased leaf thickness,fresh weight and dry weight by 10.88 mm,16..44 g and 6.80 g,respectively,but did not significanlty affected apple single fruit weight and soluble solids content..No pesticide residue was detected on red Fuji apples.This study could reduce the use of chemical pesticides 5 times and reduce the a-mount of use by 40.34%.The use of a combination of three types of agents as a green prevention and control technology for diseases and pests in non-bagged apple cultivation is an effective approach to promoting green fruit production,and shows promising application prospects.Green prevention and control of diseases and pests in non-bagged apple further enhances ecological and environmental protection,and yields green and safe prod-ucts.Future study will focus on green prevention and control technologies for non-bagged apple diseases and pests,increasing the demonstration area,and striving for large area promotion and application in non-bagged apple production.
