摘要

甜椒是陕西关中地区温室中栽种的大宗蔬菜.针对甜椒病虫害防治中的农药残留情况,本研究采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS)检测技术,在日光温室中开展了三唑酮、烯酰吗啉、甲氰菊酯、吡虫啉和啶虫脒 5 种农药的残留剂量和消解动态研究.结果表明,5 种农药的残留剂量均随着时间呈现下降的趋势,但降解速度较其它地区和其它季节慢.其中,烯酰吗啉、吡虫啉和啶虫脒在按照推荐农药施用量施用7d之后,残留量符合标准,可以大规模安全使用.

Abstract

Sweet pepper is a widely cultivated vegetable in central Shaanxi's greenhouses.This study aimed to investigate the residue levels of triadimefon,dimethomorph,fenpropathrin,imidacloprid and acet-amiprid,while exploring their decaying dynamics during the winter season in solar greenhouses using HPLC-MS detection techniques.The results demonstrated that all five pesticides exhibited decreasing concentration over time,but decaying rate were slower than research conducted in different regions and seasons.Among them,resi-due of dimethomorph,imidacloprid and acetamiprid were within safe limits seven days after application at recom-mended concentration,which was suitable for large-scale implementation.
