Comparison and Evaluation of Fruit Quality of Three Fresh-eating Grapes
Comparison and evaluation were conducted on the appearance quality and physicochemical inde-xes of three varieties of fresh-eating grapes.The results showed that the longitudinal and transverse diameters of'Huapu Heifeng'grape berries were 3.13 cm and 2.64 cm,respectively,with significantly higher single berry quality and average quality of berry cluster compared to'Futong Zilirong'and'Tiagong Cuiyu'.'Huapu Heifeng'and'Tiagong Cuiyu'had higher soluble sugar and soluble solid contents compared to'Futong Zilirong'.'Huapu Heifeng'had the highest anthocyanin content,at 40.87 g/kg,indicating better antioxidant properties.The com-prehensive score evaluation of berry quality using principal component analysis showed that'Huapu Heifeng'had the highest score of 3.13,followed by'Tiagong Cuiyu'and'Futong Zilirong'.Overall,'Huapu Heifeng'and'Tiagong Cuiyu'exhibite large berry size,attactive appearance,high yield,and high sugar content,indica-ting superior fruit quality.
