盛荚期喷施亚硒酸钠对大豆籽粒硒含量及单株产量的影响

为了研究喷施亚硒酸钠对大豆籽粒硒含量及单株产量的影响,采用裂区设计,主区为盛荚期喷施不同用量的亚硒酸钠,共 5 个处理(CK(清水):0 g/hm2,C1:30 g/hm2,C2:60 g/hm2,C3:90 g/hm2,C4:120 g/hm2),副区为8 个大豆品种。分析8 个大豆品种在喷施5 种用量亚硒酸钠处理中籽粒硒含量及单株产量变化规律。结果表明,试验地土壤达到富硒水平,在CK处理中,不同大豆品种籽粒硒含量均未达到富硒大豆标准,需要额外喷施硒肥。随着喷施亚硒酸钠用量的增加,8 个大豆品种籽粒中硒含量均呈增加趋势,亚硒酸钠用量与大豆籽粒硒含量呈显著或者极显著正相关。8 个大豆品种籽粒硒含量均值随亚硒酸钠用量的增加呈上升趋势,与CK相比,C1~C4 处理均能极显著提高 8个大豆品种籽粒硒含量均值,提高了571。186%~2 489。831%。亚硒酸钠用量对大豆籽粒硒含量的影响大于大豆品种对大豆籽粒硒含量的影响。喷施亚硒酸钠用量(X)与每种用量下8 个大豆籽粒硒含量均值(Y均)的直线回归方程为 Y均=0。012X+0。003,r=0。986,达到极显著正相关。根据该方程,当大豆籽粒硒含量达到富硒大豆标准(0。1~1 mg/kg),喷施亚硒酸钠用量的范围为 8。08~83。08 g/hm2。分析喷施亚硒酸钠用量与大豆籽粒硒含量的回归方程发现,郑9525 的回归方程斜率最大,C4 处理中籽粒硒含量达到最大值1。997 mg/kg,籽粒富集硒能力最强;齐黄34 斜率最小,C4 处理中籽粒硒含量达到最小值1。133 mg/kg,籽粒富集硒能力最弱。在本试验条件下,喷施亚硒酸钠对大豆单株产量没有显著影响。大豆品种对单株产量的影响大于亚硒酸钠用量对单株产量的影响。
Effect of Spraying Sodium Selenite at Full Pod Stage on Selenium Content in Soybean Seeds and Yield Per Plant
In order to investigate the effect of spraying sodium selenite on selenium content in soybean seeds and yield per plant,a split plot design was adopted.The main plot was sprayed with different amounts of sodium selenite at the full pod stage,comprising a total of five treatments(CK(clear water):0 g/hm2,C1:30 g/hm2,C2:60 g/hm2,C3:90 g/hm2,C4:120 g/hm2),while the subplot consisted eight soybean varieties.The chan-ges in grain selenium content and yield per plant of eight soybean varieties were analyzed when sprayed with five levels of sodium selenite.The results showed that the soil in the experimental site reached selenium enrichment levels.In the CK treatment,the selenium content in the grains of different soybean varieties did not meet the standard for elenium enrichment soybeans,necessitating additional selenium fertilizer spraying.With the increase of the amount of sodium selenite sprayed,the selenium content in the seeds of eight soybean varieties exhibited an increasing trend.There was a significant or extremely significant positive correlation between the amount of so-dium selenite and the selenium content in soybean seeds.The mean selenium content in the seeds of eight soy-bean varieties increased with the increase of sodium selenite dosage.Compared with CK,C1 to C4 treatment sig-nificantly increased the mean selenium content in the seeds of eight soybean varieties by 571.186%~2 489.831%.The effect of sodium selenite dosage on the selenium content of soybean seeds was greater than that of soybean varieties.The linear regression equation between the amount of sodium selenite sprayed(X)and the mean selenium content(Y)of eight soybean seeds under each amount was Y=0.012X+0.003,r=0.986,reaching a very significant positive correlation.According to this equation,when the selenium content in soybean seeds reached the selenium-rich soybean standard(0.1~1 mg/kg),the range of sodium selenite spraying a-mount was 8.08~83.08 g/hm2.The effect of sodium selenite dosage on the selenium content of soybean seeds was greater than that of soybean varieties.The linear regression equation between the amount of sodium selenite sprayed(X)and the mean selenium content(Y)of eight soybean seeds under each amount was Y=0.012X+0.003,r=0.986,reaching a very significant positive correlation.According to this equation,when the seleni-um content in soybean seeds reached the selenium-rich soybean standard(0.1~1 mg/kg),the range of sodi-um selenite spraying amount was8.08~83.08 g/hm2.Analyzing the regression equation between the amount of sodium selenite sprayed and the selenium content of soybean seeds indicated that'Zheng 9525'had the steepest slope.In C4 treatment,the selenium content of seeds reached a maximum value of 1.997 mg/kg,demonstrating the strongest selenium enrichment ability in seeds.The slope of Qi Huang 34 had the smallest slope,the seleni-um content in grains reached the minimum value of 1.133 mg/kg in C4 treatment,indicating the weakest seleni-um enrichment ability in grains.Under the experimental conditions,spraying sodium selenite did not significanl-ty affect soybean yield per plant.The effect of soybean varieties on yield per plant was greater than that of sodium selenite dosage.
