Correlation Analysis and Cluster Analysis of Agronomic Traits of 17 Winter Wheat Cultivars
To effectively explore the correlation between the main biological traits of wheat and yield,corre-lation analysis and cluster analysis were conducted to investigate and classify 7 agronomic traits of 17 wheat varie-ties.The results showed that the correlation coefficient between yield and ear number was 0.59,and the correla-tion coefficient between spikelet number and ear number was 0.79.The analysis results showed that the number of harvested ears had the greatest effect on yield. The increase in harvested ear number played a key role in the increase of yield. The 17 wheat varieties were divided into 5 major groups by cluster analysis. The agronomic traits of these 17 new wheat varieties in the Taehe Basin had rich genetic diversity and substantial variation.De-pending on different breeding goals, different types of wheat varieties can be selected as parents, and the im-provement of wheat varieties in the Tage Basin is promoted, which provides a scientific basis for the selection of parents.
