摘要

元胡在汉中通过自留种的方式已种植了50 多 a,种质资源退化较为严重,需要对元胡提纯复壮.本试验采用了不同海拔处理后的元胡为材料,开展了植物学、抗病性、品质试验分析.试验表明:经过不同海拔处理后的元胡种子出苗期没有变化,高海拔处理后的株高及郁闭度要高,病害发生较轻,倒苗期较晚,元胡乙素含量较高.建议在北部高山区建立种子资源提纯复壮基地,盆地低海拔地区建立商品化生产基地,配合水旱轮作措施实现种质资源的持续利用和发展.

Abstract

Corydalis yanhusuo has been cultivated in Hanzhong for more than 50 years through self-plant-ing,and the germplasm resources are seriously degraded.Therefore,it is necessary to purify and rejuvenate Co-rydalis yanhusuo.In this experiment,plants from different altitudes were used as materials to conduct experi-ments in botany,disease resistance,and quality analysis.The results showed that there was no change in the seed emergence stage,but seeds treated at higher altitudes exhibited greater height,canopy density,lower dis-ease incidence,delayed seedling stage,and higher tetrahydropalmatine content.It is suggested that a seed re-source purification and rejuvenation base should be established in the northern high mountain area,while a com-mercial production base should be set up in the low elevation area of the basin.
