三门峡市紫薇褐斑病发病情况调查及针对性药剂筛选研究

紫薇褐斑病是一种常发性病害,该病在三门峡市均有不同程度发生危害,发病严重者常导致植株叶片大量枯黄、脱落,直接影响着紫薇正常生长、园林绿化效果、景观观赏效果。紫薇褐斑病发生与环境条件关系很大,发生适宜温度在21℃~32℃,发生高峰期5月下旬-9 月中旬。地势低洼易积水、植株郁闭、氮肥用量大而多等易发病。药剂田间试验表明:10%烯肟菌胺·10%戊唑醇2 000 倍液即时防效73。04%,60%吡唑醚菌酯·代森联1 000 倍液,相对防治效果为70。75%,25%戊唑醇2 500 倍液67。03%,就长效来看,3 处理防效达82。65%~86。21%。紫薇褐斑病可采用园林管护技术、生态调控技术和药剂防控技术使其得到有效控制。
Investigation on Incidence of Brown Spot of Lagerstroemia speciosa and Screening of Fungicides in Sanmenxia
Lagerstroemia indica brown spot is a common disease in Sanmenxia,China,directly affecting the growth of Lagerstroemia indica,as well as garden greening and landscape aesthetics.The occurrence of brown spot of Lagerstroemia indica is closely related to the environmental conditions,with optimal temperatures for occurrence between 21℃ and 32℃,peaking from late May to mid-September.Factors such as low-lying areas prone to wa-ter accumulation,dense plant growth,and excessive nitrogen fertilizer contribute to disease susceptibility.The field trial showed that the immediate control effect of 10%alkenoxime·10%tebuconazole 2 000-fold solution was 73.04%,the relative control effect of 60%pyrazolylether·metiram was 70.75%,the control effect of 25%tebuconazole 2 500-fold solution was 67.03%,the control effect of 10%alkenoxime·10%tebuconazole·1 000-fold solution was 70.75%,the control effect of 25%tebuconazole·1 000-fold solution was 67%.In terms of long-term effect,the control effect of treatment 3 was 82.65%~86.21%.Lagerstroemia indica brown spot can be effectively controlled by garden management,ecological control,and chemical control.
