Exploration of Coordination Mechanism and Implementation Path of Agricultural Vocational Colleges in Supporting Rural Revitalization
Rural revitalization is a major national strategy and contemporary issue that involves numerous ele-ments and requires coordinated efforts from multiple aspects to achieve common advancement.This article sum-marizes and analyzes theoretical research,practical experiences,and current challenges faced by agricultural vo-cational colleges in promoting rural revitalization.Based on the analysis of collaborative concepts,mechanisms,and stakeholders,it establishes a"four-party linkage"collaborative mechanism involving agricultural vocational colleges,governments,social organizations,and farmers.Additionally,it proposes a comprehensive,"three-comprehensive"work mechanism.In conjunction with forming this collaborative platform and leveraging the u-nique strengths of agricultural vocational colleges,the article outlines four implementation paths:"ensuring tal-ent,providing technical support,offering intellectual resources,and guiding demonstrations".The aim is to pro-vide reference and guidance for vocational education in supporting rural revitalization and implementing the"Ten Million Talents Project".
