This study compares the phenological periods and biological characteristics of different varieties of Hemerocallis fulva with the aim of identifying suitable varieties for cultivation in Xi'an,Shaanxi.Phenological periods,flower types,and colors were investigated using a randomized block method.The results indicate that varieties such as'Apaches Red',Hongyun',Orange Storm',Watermelon Slice',Cluster Phosphate Iron Ore',and Butterscotch Sugar'are suitable for cultivation in the Xi'an region.This study provides a theoretical basis for en-riching the landscape flower resources in Shaanxi.
