摘要

通过对草莓花期、果期土壤水分进行分区控制试验,研究了土壤水分对草莓生长发育及产量形成的影响.花期土壤湿度对草莓植株长势影响不大,花果期土壤湿度越大,草莓植株长势越好.土壤偏湿状态下更有利于草莓的开花结果及促进草莓果实的成熟.草莓果实中总酚、可滴定酸、总黄酮、可溶性固形物含量均随土壤湿度的增加而减少,抗坏血酸、单果重、横径、纵径均随土壤湿度的增加而增加,糖酸比、果实硬度与土壤湿度变化关系不显著.综合考虑草莓果实的品质和产量以及水资源消耗,花果期土壤相对湿度在80%时,对草莓的产出最优.

Abstract

The effects of soil moisture on the growth and yield of strawberry were studied through a zonal control experiment during flowering and fruiting stages of strawberry.The soil moisture at flowering stage had lit-tle effect on strawberry plant growth,while higher soil moisture at flowering and fruiting stage improved growth growth.Wet soil was more conducive to strawberry flowering and fruit ripening.The contents of total phenol,ti-trable acid,total flavone and soluble solid in strawberry fruit decreased with the increase of soil moisture.In con-trast,ascorbic acid,fruit weight,transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter all increased with the increase of soil moisture.The sugar-acid ratio and fruit hardness had no significant relationship with soil moisture.Consid-ering the quality and yield of strawberry fruit and water consumption,the highst yield was achieved when the soil relative humidity was maintained at 80%during fruiting period.
