康青12号青稞的选育及栽培技术要点

摘要
青稞在高原地区是第一大粮食作物,因其耐瘠、耐旱、耐寒、适应性强等特点成为高原地区的主要粮食作物.康青12 号青稞是甘孜藏族自治州农业科学研究所以康青 6号为父本,以藏青690 为母本进行杂交选育而来的高产、优质春性品种.该品种生育期约为115 d,平均穗长10 cm,单株穗数2 个,每穗结实50 粒,单株粒重4.2 g,千粒重42 g;籽粒蛋白质含量为11.60%,淀粉63.93%,赖氨酸0.4%,β-葡聚糖3.76%;5 点次试验得出康青12 号平均籽粒产量为第 1 生长周期 249.08 kg/667m2;第 2 生长周期 241.83 kg/667m2.
Abstract
Highland barley,also known as naked barley,is a primary food crop in plateau regions.Due to its cold and drought tolerance,ability to grow in infertile soils,short growth period,and strong adaptability,it has become a staple food in the plateau areas with poor ecological conditions.Highland barley'Kangqing 12'is a high-yielding and high-quality spring variety developed by the Agricultural Research Institute of Ganzi Ti-betan Autonomous Prefecture,using Zangqing 690 as the female parent and Kangqing 6 as the male parent.This variety has a growth period of approximately 115 days,an average panicle length of 10 cm,two panicles per plant,50 grains per ear,a grain weight per plant of 4.2 g,and a 1 000-grain weight of 42 g.It contains 11.60%protein,63.93%starch,0.4%lysine,and 3.76%β-glucan.The average grain yield is 249.08 kg/667 m2 in the first growth cycle and 241.83 kg/667 m2 in the second growth cycle.
