不同CaCl2处理对干旱胁迫下花生幼苗生长及生理特性的影响

为探明不同CaCl2 处理对干旱胁迫下花生幼苗生长的调控作用,以商花186 为材料,在15%PEG-6 000 模拟干旱胁迫条件下,研究不同CaCl2 处理对花生幼苗生长和生理指标的影响。结果表明,PEG胁迫下,CaCl2 浸种和叶面喷施处理均可显著提高花生幼苗的株高和根长,增加植株鲜重和干重,提高干旱胁迫下花生幼苗叶片的SPAD值、SOD和POD活性,降低叶片MDA含量;其中 40 mmol/L的CaCl2 浸种和 20 mmol/L的CaCl2叶面喷施效果较优。说明外源氯化钙可促进干旱胁迫下花生幼苗的生长,提高抗旱能力。
Effects of Different CaCl2 Treatments on Seedling Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Peanut under Drought Stress
To explore the regulatory role of different CaCl2 treatments on peanut seedling growth under drought stress,'Shanghua 186'was used as the material to explore seedling growth and physiological characteristics of peanuts under 15%PEG-6 000 drought stress conditions.The results showed that plant height and root length significantly increased with CaCl2 seed soaking or foliar spraying under PEG stress conditions.Additionally,the fresh weight and dry weight of seedlings were significantly promoted,and the activities of SOD and POD in peanut leaves significantly increased,while the MDA content significantly decreased.Optimal effects were observed with CaCl2 seed soaking at 40 mmol/L and CaCl2 foliar spraying at 20 mmol/L.In conclusion,different CaCl2 treat-ments effectively promote peanut seedling growth under drought stress and improve their drought resistance.
