摘要
欧米伽3 脂肪酸在抑制慢性疾病方面有着重要的作用,研发与生产富含欧米伽3脂肪酸的食物被越来越多的消费者所接受并选用.不同生理阶段的猪采食含有适量欧米伽3 脂肪酸的日粮,可明显改善生产性能,提高胴体中欧米伽3 脂肪酸含量.本文从欧米伽3 脂肪酸的性质与功能、富含欧米伽3 脂肪酸的饲料来源出发,就欧米伽3 脂肪酸在繁殖母猪、仔猪、育肥猪、公猪生产中的应用进行综述,旨在为生猪养殖中合理添加欧米伽3脂肪酸提供理论参考.
Abstract
Omega-3 fatty acids play a crucial role in mitigating chronic diseases,thereby gaining increasing acceptance among consumers for their dietary benefits.The supplementation of omega-3 fatty acids at appropri-ate levels during various physiological stages of pigs has been shown to significantly enhance production perform-ance and elevate omega-3 fatty acid levels in carcasses.This review comprehensively examines the functions of omega-3 fatty acids,sources of omega-3 fatty acid-rich diets,and their applications across different produc-tion stages in the swine industry,including breeding sows,piglets,fattening pigs,and boars.The objective is to provide a theoretical framework for the judicious incorporation of omega-3 fatty acids in swine nutrition.
