摘要
在党和国家全面推进脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴无缝对接、全面深化乡村振兴战略的新征程中,脱贫群众内生发展动力经历了从"脱贫人口内生动力"到"脱贫群众内生发展动力"的蜕变,这种蜕变有着深刻的理论逻辑背景和重要实践意义.研究发现,脱贫群众内生发展动力与全面推进乡村振兴存在促进与强化的双向互动关系.研究表明,在全面推进乡村振兴战略进程中,要结合地方发展实际,选择突破口,多措并举以增强脱贫群众内生发展动力促进农业农村现代化发展,助力农业强国建设.
Abstract
In the new journey of the CPC party and the China to achieve a seamless transition between pov-erty alleviation and rural revitalization,and to comprehensively deepen the rural revitalization strategy,the en-dogenous development motive force of the previously impoverished population has undergone a significant trans-formation.This shift,from"the endogenous motive force of the poverty-free population"to"the endogenous development motive force of the poverty-free masses,"has profound theoretical underpinnings and significant practical implications.The study indicates a bidirectional interactive relationship between the endogenous devel-opment motive force of the population relieved from poverty and the comprehensive promotion of rural revitaliza-tion.In advancing the rural revitalization strategy,it is crucial to align with local development realities,identify strategic breakthrough points,and implement multifaceted measures to enhance the endogenous development mo-tive force of those who have lifted themselves out of poverty.This approach will foster agricultural and rural mod-ernization and contribute to the construction of a robust agricultural sector.
