To identify high-quality German iris varieties suitable for cultivation in Northwest China with practical application and promotional value,this study introduces and plants various German iris cultivars to in-vestigate their growth conditions and flowering characteristics.The varieties are graded and evaluated according to specific criteria to determine those most suitable for the region.The study is expected to provide new refer-ences for landscaping and flower production in Northwest China.
