摘要
随着人们对有机食品需求的日益增加,结合国家有关有机食品生产标准和各地生产经验,针对当地特有树种海红树和海红果,在建园、砧木接穗苗木选择、栽植、覆草、灌溉、土壤、施肥、整形修剪、花果管理、病虫草害防治、采收、贮藏、运输、销售、认证证书与认证标志的使用管理共15个方面的栽培管理过程进行严格管控,确保有机产品从产地到消费者手中全程的保真性,生产出优质的有机海红果.
Abstract
As the demand for organic food continues to rise,this study integrates national organic food pro-duction standards with local production experience to develop technical regulations for the production of organic Malus × micromalus.Focusing on the unique Malus × micromalus tree species in the region,the regulations cover 15 aspects of cultivation management,including garden establishment,selection of rootstocks and scion seedlings,planting,grass covering,irrigation,soil management,fertilization,shaping and pruning,flower and fruit management,pest and disease control,harvesting,storage,transportation,sales,and the use of certifica-tion certificates and marks.Strict management across these areas ensures the authenticity of organic products from production to consumer,thereby producing high-quality organic Malus × micromalus.
