Isolation,Identification, and Antibiotic Resistance Analysis of Clinical Mastitis Pathogens in Dairy Goats
In order to understand the main pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance of clinical mastitis in the dairy goat breeding area of Fuping County,Weinan City. And provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of this disease in the local area,43 milk samples were collected for pathogen isolation, cultivation, identification, and drug resistance analysis. The results showed that a total of 61 strains of 6 pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the milk sample, including 21 strains of Escherichia coli, accounting for 34.4%;17 strains of Staphylococ-cus aureus, accounting for 27.9%;11 strains of coagulase negative Staphylococcus, accounting for 18.0%;7 strains of Streptococcus agalactiae, accounting for 11.5%;3 strains of Streptococcus pyogenes, accounting for 4.9%;Two strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, accounting for 3.3%;This indicates that the main pathogenic bacteria in the region are Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus, and coagulase negative Staphylococcus. The drug sensitivity test showed that the main pathogenic bacterial strains have severe or moderate resistance to peni-cillin,ampicillin,streptomycin,erythromycin,vancomycin,and are sensitive to cefazolin,amikacin,ceftriax-one,gentamicin,ciprofloxacin,etc.
