摘要
数字经济在乡村振兴战略中扮演着核心角色,在弥合城乡信息鸿沟、推动产业升级、优化公共服务、促进就业与创业等方面发挥着重要作用,同时数字经济通过提高教育和医疗服务的质量和可达性,以及智慧乡村建设,实现社会治理的精准化和智能化.本研究通过分析建设数字基础设施,实现乡村与城市的同步发展,利用先进技术提升农业生产效率,并通过新业态拓宽销售渠道.此外还探讨了数字经济催生了新的就业岗位和创业机会,促进了人力资本的积累,而政府的政策引导和资金支持,可吸引社会资本投资乡村数字经济,支持技术创新和人才培养,意在实现资源共享和产业协同,推动城乡一体化,减少城乡差距的目标.
Abstract
The digital economy plays a critical role in the rural revitalization strategy by bridging the urban-rural information gap,driving industrial upgrading,optimizing public services,and fostering employment and en-trepreneurship.It also enhances the precision and intelligence of social governance through improved access to high-quality education and healthcare services and the development of smart villages.This study examines strat-egies such as building digital infrastructure to enable synchronized rural-urban development,leveraging ad-vanced technologies to enhance agricultural productivity,and expanding sales channels through innovative busi-ness models.Furthermore,it emphasizes how the digital economy generates new employment opportunities and entrepreneurial ventures,fosters human capital development,and benefits from government policy guidance and financial support to attract social investment.These initiatives promote technological innovation,talent cultiva-tion,resource sharing,and industrial synergy,driving urban-rural integration and narrowing the urban-rural gap.
