摘要
开展能源托管对强化能源管理、提升能源使用效率具有重要意义.分析了能源托管的基本模式和特点,介绍了能源托管项目的具体工作流程.针对配建屋顶光伏的能源托管项目进行要素识别,对配建屋顶光伏、设备改造、管理提升等措施的成本和收益进行了分析计算,并给出总体节能量计算方法.对项目可行性影响因素进行分析评价,通过建立权重指标,得出总体可行性评价和计算方法.
Abstract
Carrying out energy trusteeship is of great significance to strengthen energy management and improve energy efficiency.The basic mode and characteristics of energy trusteeship projects were analyzed,and the specific work flow of a energy trusteeship project was introduced.The elements of the energy hosting projects of the building roof photovoltaics were identified,the costs and benefits of the measures such as the building roof photovoltaics,equipment renovation and management improvement were analyzed and calculated,and the calculation method of the overall energy saving was put forward.The influencing factors of project performance were analyzed and evaluated,and the overall feasibility evaluation and calculation method were obtained by establishing the weight index.
