摘要
供热行业是目前全球能源消耗量最高的行业,其能源消耗量约占能源消耗总量的 50%,使用的一次能源排出的CO2 量占全球总CO2 排放量的 40%.完成能源结构优化升级,鼓励全社会共同参与减排项目开发刻不容缓.国家核证自愿减排量(China Certified Emission Reduction,CCER)作为一项重要的市场减排机制,是自愿减排项目参与实现"双碳"目标的重要途径.对供热行业已开发的CCER方法学进行了分析,同时介绍了目前国内供热行业新技术发展现状,针对方法学中未涉及的开发内容提出了建议.对未来供热行业自愿减排交易市场发展重点进行了探讨和展望,以进一步完善供热行业的自愿减排机制.
Abstract
The heating industry is currently the highest energy-consuming industry in the world,accounting for about 50%of total energy consumption and 40%of global CO2 emissions from primary energy use,so it is urgent to complete the optimization and upgrading of the energy structure and encourage the whole society to participate in the development of emission reduction projects.As an important market emission reduction mechanism,China Certified Emission Reduction(CCER)is an important way for voluntary emission reduction projects to participate in the realization of the"dual carbon"goal.The developed CCER methodology for the heating industry was analyzed,the current development status of the new technologies in domestic heating industry was introduced,and suggestions for the development contents not covered in the methodology were made.The focus of future voluntary emission reduction market development in the heating industry was discussed and foreseen to further improve the voluntary emission reduction mechanism in the heating industry.
