摘要

为解决深井软底沿空巷道在高应力环境下变形严重等问题,以杜儿坪矿 43209 工作面为例,针对围岩变形特征,提出了"超前弱化钻孔+顶板高强锚注+反底拱让压填充+底板注浆+巷旁柔模充填体"的支护方案,通过施工超前工作面弱化钻孔,结合注浆及底板填充让压材料,实现柔性支护.现场试验结果表明,采用优化后的支护方案后,顶板位移量由 327 mm减小至 108 mm,底板位移量由 614 mm减小至 149 mm,煤帮位移量由 294 mm减小至 62 mm,巷道收敛率明显减小,达到了良好的效果.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of severe deformation of deep well soft bottom goaf tunnels in high-stress environments,taking the 43209 working face of Duerping Mine as an example,this paper proposed a support scheme of"advanced weakening drilling + high-strength anchor injection of the roof + reverse bottom arch pressure filling + floor grouting + flexible mold filling body beside the roadway"based on the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock.By constructing advanced weakening drilling in the working face,combined with grouting and floor filling pressure materials,flexible support was achieved.The on-site test results show that after adopting the optimized support scheme,the displacement of the roof is reduced from 327 mm to 108 mm,the displacement of the floor is reduced from 614 mm to 149 mm,and the displacement of the buttock is reduced from 294 mm to 62 mm.The convergence rate of the roadway is significantly reduced,achieving good results.
