徐州市不同行业CO2排放量测算及减排措施

在城市发展过程中,准确计算城市碳排放量对优化和指导CO2 减排路径至关重要.通过收集 26 年的徐州统计年鉴,运用碳排放因子法计算了徐州市化石能源、家庭燃气、水泥、钢铁、化工、电力和交通运输的CO2排放量.结果发现徐州市 1995-2020 年各行业CO2 排放量情况为:化石能源消费CO2 排放量为 2.765 18×107~1.335 63×108 t,家庭燃气CO2 排放量为 0.931×105~5.275×105 t,水泥行业CO2 排放量为 1.050 185×107~3.894 500×107 t,钢铁行业CO2 排放量为 0.565 9×106~8.195 7×106 t,化工行业CO2 排放量为 0.722 8×106~4.411 4×106 t,电力行业CO2 排放量为 0.690 87×107~3.339 01×107 t,交通运输CO2 排放量为 0.658 0×106~7.340 3×106 t.徐州市政府应根据各行业CO2 排放特点,从加大政策扶持、加强碳汇利用、倡导低碳发展和研发清洁能源等角度合理制定减碳措施.
Calculation and Emission Reduction Measures of CO 2 Emissions from Different Industries in Xuzhou
In the process of urban development,accurate calculation of urban carbon emissions is crucial to optimize and guide the path of CO2 emission reduction.The CO2 emissions of energy,household gas,cement,steel,chemical industry,electric power and transportation in Xuzhou were calculated by using the carbon emission factor method based on the 26 years statistical yearbook of Xuzhou.The results showed that the CO2 emissions of various industries in Xuzhou from 1995 to 2020 were as follow:the CO2 emissions of fossil energy range was 2.765 18×107-1.335 63×108 t,the CO2 emissions of household gas range was 0.931×105-5.275×105 t,the CO2 emissions of cement industry was 1.050 185×107-3.894 500×107 t,the CO2 emissions of steel industry was 0.565 9×106-8.195 7×106 t,the CO2 emissions of chemical industry was 0.722 8×106-4.411 4×106 t,the CO2 emissions of power industry was 0.690 87×107-3.339 01×107 t,and the CO2 emissions of transportation was 0.658 0×106-7.340 3×106 t.The government of Xuzhou should formulate carbon reduction measures from the perspectives of increasing policy support,strengthening carbon sink utilization,advocating low-carbon development and researching clean energy based on the characteristics of CO2 emissions in various industries.
