摘要

以A矿 1205 综采工作面火灾防治需求为背景,在对工作面自然发火危险性进行深入分析的基础上,阐述了工作面火灾防治的重点是抑制采空区漏风,提出了进回风巷端头封堵和联络巷密闭封堵相结合的堵漏风措施,并以后者为重点.结合数值模拟,详细论述了密闭位置、密闭墙体结构、充填材料和墙体厚度.应用结果表明:堵漏风防灭火技术实施后,采空区遗煤自燃得到有效抑制,工作面未发生火灾事故,保障了生产安全.

Abstract

Based on the fire prevention requirements of 1205 fully-mechanized mining face in A Mine,it was expounded that the key point of fire prevention was to control air leakage in goaf on the basis of in-depth analysis of the risk of spontaneous combustion in the working face,and the air leakage prevention measures that combine the end sealing of inlet and return air lane and the airtight sealing of connecting roadway were put forward,in which the latter was the focus.Combined with numerical simulation,the closed location,closed wall structure,filling material and wall thickness were discussed in detail.The application results show that the spontaneous combustion of coal left in goaf was effectively suppressed and no fire accident occurred in the working face,which can ensure the safety of production.
